I'm back, and with a totally different type of video!
This is a healthy triple berry smoothie! So delicious!
The smoothie consists of:
1 cup of berries
1.5 cups of almond milk
1/4 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
A spoonful of almond butter
In my finding - I did find - that you should use more berries and less almond milk...
But that was just my preference. It is all up to the cook!
